The Gratitude Exercise

Find a quiet place where you will not be disturbed for about 10 minutes. This visualization will guide you toward gratitude. You’ll make time and space to look into your recent past to find simple moments that you are grateful for. Even if this exercise feels challenging, the act of looking for things you are grateful for can increase your happiness and well-being.
