The Power of Self Discovery – Healing hidden wounds

Have you ever felt like you really overreacted perhaps to something someone said or did? Or maybe you’ve been trying to achieve something, but you keep coming up with blocks that prevent you from getting there? If either of those things are happening, then it’s pretty likely that you have an unconscious limiting belief.

In this article I’ll be sharing my definition of unconscious limiting beliefs. And How you can begin to heal them?

an unconscious limiting belief? It is a belief that you’re not really aware of, or maybe you could be a little bit aware of it, but it’s not something that you realize you’re enacting in your life. It’s limiting because it’s holding you back. It’s usually a negative belief about yourself, for example, “I’m not important,” “I don’t deserve this,” “I’m not worthy,” or “I’m not enough.” These beliefs can be hidden deep within us, and they can act like wounds.

Imagine having an open wound in your arm, and then someone pokes you right there. You’re going to overreact because it hurts. Similarly, we walk around with these open wounds of unconscious limiting beliefs, and we don’t even realize they’re there. The problem is, if we don’t realize they’re there, we can’t heal them.

So, how do we heal unconscious limiting beliefs? The first thing to do is to realize that it’s there. Once you recognize it, create a mantra that’s the opposite of the limiting belief. Keep saying the mantra over and over again to reprogram your subconscious mind. Then, take actions aligned with the new belief to solidify the change.

When we heal these unconscious limiting beliefs, we can break free from patterns that hold us back. We become better individuals, capable of healthier connections and communications with those we love. It’s a journey of self-discovery, and every step we take brings us closer to unlocking our true potential.

Remember, healing these wounds is essential for growth and a more fulfilling life. Embrace the power of self-discovery, free yourself from limiting beliefs, and unlock your true potential.
